Pakistan PM: ”We Reserve Right to Retaliate Against Indian Aggression”

Pakistan PM: ”We Reserve Right to Retaliate Against Indian Aggression”. The conflict between India and Pakistan is heating up. India reportedly launched a missile attack on Pakistani territory on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. In response to the attack, Pakistan claimed to have shot down two Indian air force planes.

The claim was made by a Pakistani military spokesman. Pakistani Information Minister Atullah Tarar also reported the same thing. Islam Abad said he would provide a response. The fight that we are fighting is not only for us, it’s for the rest of the world.

As far as the current situation is onoing, we are responding. We shot down as per initial report, we shot down two Indian planes and obviously India is the aggressor, provocateur. The attack launched by India hit the densely populated Pujuk province. Pakistani military sources said five other locations, namely Kotli, Ahmad Mur Timur, Muzaffar Bak and Muridke, were also targeted by Indian attacks.

The attacks in the region have been going on for more than 2 weeks since the deadly attack targeting tourists in Kashmir. After the deadly incident in Pahal Gam Kashmir last month, the two countries were involved in a gunfight on the border.

Meanwhile, India’s Defense Ministry said in a statement that its actions were focused, measured and not escalatory. The Indian military said it had struck a dozen targets. The strikes were in response to the shooting of dozens of tourists in Kashmir.

It said it targeted terrorist infrastructure and that no Pakistani military facilities were targeted. India was said to have shown considerable restraint in the selection of targets and the method of execution. However, Islamabad denied New Delhi’s claim.

Pakistan said its neighbor’s strikes had mostly harmed civilians, killing three people and injuring dozens. Pakistani Prime Minister Sheikh Bashar Sharif said his country had the right to respond to India’s actions. What is described as an act of war?
